I come from a long line of depression, alcoholism, obesity, and excuses.
I counted macros in my early twenties, over-trained on 1200 calories, and thought cutting carbs before spring break actually worked.
What I did do is lose 55 pounds postpartum in six months (while breastfeeding) and get into better shape than before kids. No GLP-1. No carb elimination. No "eat less, move more" torture.
