I'll be straight with you — I'm not the "struggled for a decade and finally figured it out" story. I've been in functional health long enough that I caught the train before it crashed.
But don't mistake that for easy genetics or a charmed life.
I come from a long line of depression, alcoholism, obesity, and excuses.
I counted macros in my early twenties, over-trained on 1200 calories, and thought cutting carbs before spring break actually worked.
What I did do is lose 55 pounds postpartum in six months — while breastfeeding — and get into better shape than before kids. No GLP-1. No carb elimination. No "eat less, move more" torture.
And I've used that same framework to help thousands of women do it without peptides, three-a-day workouts, or turning eating into a calculus equation (I failed calc six times, we don't have time for that).
